Terms of sale

Draft for legal review. Business name, address and governing law will be added before launch.

1. Prices

Prices are in US dollars. The price shown for a base trailer is below the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) at the time of your order: at least 10% below for ATC, and 8% to 33% below for Featherlite. Factory options and LifeTrac accessories are charged at MSRP. Taxes, title, registration and, outside the United States, shipping, duties and import charges are not included unless stated on your confirmation. Your confirmed price will never exceed the price shown when you placed your order.

2. Order confirmation

An order is a request to buy. It becomes binding only when we confirm availability and price, and you pay the required deposit. We aim to confirm within one business day.

3. Reservation deposit and hold

  • The $2,000 deposit must be received within 3 business days of our confirmation, or the unit is released.
  • After we verify your deposit, a payment toward the balance must be received within 5 business days.
  • The full price must be received within 7 business days of the deposit being verified.
  • If a deadline is missed, the reservation is released and all amounts paid are refunded to the originating account.
  • Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays.

4. Custom factory builds

Custom builds require a deposit of 20% of the confirmed price, capped at $15,000 unless agreed otherwise on your confirmation. The deposit is refundable until we place the build order with the factory and becomes non-refundable once the build order is placed. The balance is due before delivery.

5. Payment

Payments are made by bank transfer to the account shown on your secure order page, quoting your order reference. We will never send or change bank details by email. Before each payment, notify us through your order page or by email with the reference and amount, so we can confirm the bank details and expect the transfer. A payment counts once our sales team has verified it has arrived; we may ask for proof of payment.

6. Delivery

Delivery within the United States is free. Delivery dates are agreed after payment in full. Shipping outside the United States is quoted separately and confirmed before payment.

7. Warranty

Trailers carry the manufacturer’s warranty for the model and year, as described in the manufacturer’s warranty documents.
